Round-trip shuttles will be provided for all guests (even if you’re not staying at the hotel) from the Fairmont Hotel leaving promptly at 2:00pm. Please plan to arrive early in order to not miss the shuttle. Uber/Lyft to our wedding venue location is unreliable, and there is no parking onsite.

We are highly encouraging all (out-of-town) guests to stay at the beautiful Fairmont Miramar Hotel. Please book your room as soon as you can! Staying here will make it easier for everyone to connect and see each other. It is walking distance to the beach (just across the street), a quick Uber ride away from our Welcome Party venue, and it’s where the shuttles will pick up all guests for The Wedding. We have reserved a room block to secure everyone a discounted rate. Please use this link to book by September 16th.

2pm: Shuttle pick up from hotel

~3:30pm: Arrive at venue to take in the views, welcome drinks, and mingle

4pm: Ceremony

4:30-5:30pm: Cocktail hour

5:30pm: Dinner, live music, & dancing until 10pm

10pm: Shuttles depart for either the hotel or the after party

The typical weather during the day at this time is a high of ~77 degrees (perfection), however it will get cooler once the sun sets. We hope that you will be dancing with us all night to stay warm!

The Welcome Party is cocktail attire. The Wedding is black tie formal.

We’re so glad you asked! Yes! Details are TBD right now, but we will notify you by email with updates. We will have some shuttles go from the wedding venue to the hotel for those ready to retire after the wedding, and some shuttles go to the after party venue for those ready to (after)party.

We recommend checking out Abbott Kinney Blvd in Venice for cute restaurants, shops, cafes, people watching, and it’s an easy walk to the Venice Boardwalk. If you want to venture to other areas, Runyon Canyon Trail is a well-known (easy) hike with views of LA and the Hollywood Sign. Melrose Ave is another well-known street with great shops, restaurants, and people watching. The Griffith Observatory is another cool spot to walk and take in views of LA and the Hollywood Sign. We recommend avoiding Downtown Santa Monica and the Santa Monica Pier, as it’s congested and touristy. If you need more recs, text us! We’re happy to help.
